attempt 1-20/20 logging in Crickhollow

Pleeease help..
I uninstalled HighRes LOTRO for a day, and then did a succesful reinstallation, with one fatal error:
after Login it finally reached point when it tries Crickhollow server login 20 times;
then a rude and short error message.
Now I´ve managed to mess it even further up, because nowadays it only reaches the 5(?)part checking window and a red cross appears -as I recall- after 3-4 green v:s.

Should I disconnect Windows firewall? I have a F-secure firewall as main tool; should I change settings on these two??
