Sometimes when I enter a certain region (Trestlebrigde most of the time or Dol Dinen for example) everything becomes totally blurry like on following screentshots:

It's blurry all the time I stay there, but when I go somewhere else - everything goes back to normal. I tried to find anything about it (maybe it's some sort of a strange intended feature or something like that) but found nothing.
