No input signal to monitor?

Okay, so I just ordered a custom computer off of Newegg and got a friend to build it for me. Now, when I turn it on, it beeps, fans spin up, lights come on, keyboard and mouse are both responsive and on.
But, there is not a signal to my monitor or TV.
Tried it with different cables, different monitors, I would try different graphics card but the one I have doesnt fit the slot for the case.


Any ideas?
