Hello all, with great pleasure (woah, woah... i know what you're going to think, but THIS TIME REALLY :D) I ANNOUNCE I HAVE FOUND THE FIX FOR THE ISSUE WHEN NOTHING HAPPENS AFTER YOU CLICK PLAY, AFTER SELECTING YOUR WORLD!!!!!!!!!!! (yes, for real this time, nothing would happen when i clicked play after selecting my server, but after i did all those thing below, i launched lotro normally and run it, with ultra high graphics hehe ;) )
NOTE: I know this is kind of much to read, and that you might be tired or bored, but bear with me, if you want to solve the issue, you will read it all.
First you must check if you got C++2005/2008/2010 (x86)/(x64) installed, then if you don't (and you can not install them) follow this excellent and simple video to format [which means Re-Install Windows]. BUT, NOT SO FAST, KEEP READING, before you start formatting [Re-Installing Windows], you MUST do something that the guy in the video doesn't mention, you must download, install and run, in order to see what your product number key is, this program:

And run it to see what your key product number is. Also YOU have TO HAVE THE CD WITH WINDOWS THEM SELF, AND THE CD WITH THE DRIVERS TO INSTALL AFTER THE FORMAT IS OVER, BECAUSE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE CD WITH THE DRIVERS AND YOU DO NOT INSTALL THEM, YOU WILL HAVE A SOUNDLESS, MOUSE-LESS, KEYBOARD-LESS, INTERNET-LESS AND MANY MORE LESS'S, NOW YOU DON'T WANT THAT, DO YOU? IF NO, GET THE CD WITH THE DRIVERS AND THE WINDOWS CD!!! Which if you don't have, buy or download and install them in a empty CD. After you are 100% sure you have everything, the CD with the drivers and the CD with the Windows, do what this video says:

After you are done, insert the CD with the drivers and install them.
After you're done re-installing windows and the drivers on a swiped, gleaming and squeaky clean hard drive, go here:

After those are installed you should also check if you got any pending Windows Updates to install (if you had errors and Windows Updates would not install and give error etc, after the format [Windows Re-Install] they will be installing all right, so don't worry).
NOTE: Now we probably don't need all of them to play LotRO, but better have all of them installed because it is highly possible more games/applications/programs etc require them, so we can have our heads in quiet, knowing we got all of them) you will be able to play the game!

And download and install those.
After you are done, also be sure to check if there are any pending Windows Updates (if you are getting errors with Windows Updates, and/or if they never install succesfully, go to the top and do what the first section describes) and install them.
