Getting "Connection to Server has been lost"

Hello,

After a few minutes playing, whenever I switch zones or enter a building, the character gets stuck (or I get an infinite loading screen). After a few minutes I get a black screen and the information that that "Connection to Server has been lost".

It then takes me a while to log back in.

If i try a diferent server, i just get 20 logon attempts until it fails.

After a few minutes i can login again, but the cycle repeats itself.

Can anyone help?
