Launcher won't start the game.

Hello.

I just downloaded lotro a few days ago and it has already downloaded all of the game data and high resolution. But when I click on the launch game button on the launcher, it downloads a few things then asks for the administrator password. I type in the password and then it just closes the thing and shows the launcher. What should I do?
