Running animations lag every few seconds

Each of my characters when running seem to take 3 or 4 strides then skip a stride. It looks odd and very annoying.My game works fine, i've tried everything, driver updates, even in the lower setting this still happens. The game works fine but i have this annoying bug.

Is there a way to fix this?
