Lots of difficulties -_-

Hi, recently I decided to try and pick up LOTRO after taking a few months off, but I encountered a few problems.

I first tried to install it the normal way, not using Happy Cloud, since that was the way I did it before.

After the downloader got to 13%, my KBPS went down to 0 and stayed there. I tried it multiple times and the same thing happened each time.

So I thought, "Hey, why bother trying to fix it? There's another download I can use."

So I downloaded the Happy Cloud version.

It downloaded fine, I logged in fine, selected a world fine, but then "UH OH!"

On the launcher it said "Initializing" while something else popped up saying, "Where is the game client executable?"

I did lots of research on this and found that it had something to do with C++

I uninstalled my version and re-installed the new one but THEN IT GOT WORSE.

Now, when I hit "Launch game," a pop-up appears saying "TurbineLaunvher.Exe - Unable to locate component. This application has failed to start because MSVCP100.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

Well, after uninstalling and re-installing two times, and after restarting my CP, it still isn't working. :/

I honestly have no idea what to do, and I'm afraid that if I try to do anything else that I might make matters worse.
