"Play" and Black Screen

1) Download the game
2) Install the game
3) Run TurbineLauncher as an Administrator
4) 15 minutes stuck in the TurbineLauncher first screen
5) Start the Updates
6) Choose the Server and Click "Play"
7) Black Screen the game wont start

What I already did:

- Update my Drivers
- Download .NET Framework to version 4
- Check my Firewall
- Click on the "Repair" option

When I go to Options the "Check Box" dont let me check the "No Proxy" option but I know that the Lancher checks it, I just can't seen it.


Can someone help me with this? I want to play.
