Unable to Unistall the Game

I've been having a lot of issues launching LOTRO lately so I decided to unistall and reinstall it. However, I cannot seem to be able to uninstall it! I went to my control panel and then to "Add/Remove programs" but The Lord of the Rings Online was not listed there. So I went into my Program File and searched for it. I found the folder but when I clicked "Uninstall" a small black box flashed on the screen and then nothing.

Can someone please help me? I'm unable to play the game and now I can't even uninstall to start over.
