lotroclient.exe not found

Hello, I can't join the game after the login screen... (i'm french so I hope you will understand my english and my problem ;) )

After the login screen, and the server selection screen, a window (from explorer) pop and ask me :
"where is the game client executable ?"
If i select lotroclient.exe (or not) and make select ot cancel , window pop-up :

title: Failed to launch client
[gameClientPath: /path to my lotroclient.exe]

I :
try to remove lotroclient.exe and let the program download a new one
check if launcher,invoker, lotroclient are not running in any form of compatibility mode or via "Run as Administrator"
try to remove and install net framework 1.1 , visual c++ (via lotro loader or by myself)
check my firewall, make a trace route to "gls.lotro.com",

i have no other idea and not found anything else on forum, google, ...
