Ever since U11 launched, every time I open the LOTRO launcher, the launcher starts to flash and move across my screen (Almost as if it is opening and closing itself very quickly). I was not able to patch U11 because of this problem. Is anyone having similar problems? Any ideas on how to remedy this?
