Log in problem with one of my character

Hello,

I seam to have the problem with one of my charachter. I can log into the game, without any problems with most of my characters. But recently, one of my characters will not log in. I get the problem "no response" with the lotro client.
I have, re-installed with a new download, tried without firewall, turned "bloom settings" to Zero, also raised a ticket.

Does anyone have any suggetstions?

System is Windows 7, 64bit, gfx drivers have been updated.
