Loading Issue

I started playing LOTRO about 5 days ago. The first two days, the game ran smoothly.. no lag nothing. However, suddenly now every time I open the game it goes into a black screen character selection and when I click enter Middle Earth it will start loading... the loading bar doesn't move an inch. I wait for more than 10 minutes and still no change. I have tried restarting it multiple times and updating my laptop and it just happens all the time (stuck on loading page).

Can someone help me please? Really want to play.
