Transfer Wizard Error

Earlier today, after the patch, I was able to access the "Character Transfer Wizard".

Now when I click "Transfer" I get an almost-blank screen that says:

"There was an error: true"

I have retried for about 5 minutes, and also restarted the launcher, without effect.
