XPS 13, Windows 10, 27" monitor - game won't run...

Just upgraded to the Dell XPS 13 laptop with i7, 8GB RAM, SSD hard drive and added a 27" monitor attached to the Dell USB 3.0 docking station. Windows 10. LOTRO simply will not run. I've tried multiple resolutions, tried running it just on the laptop standalone without the monitor, windowed, not windowed, very little luck. I've had the game start only to crash. I've made it in game a couple times only for the client to crash. I've successfully attack one thing, then the resolution went haywire. Now the game "runs" but only on my task bar. Incidentally, Diablo 3 will not launch either.

I've deleted the C:\My Documents\Lord of the Rings Online folder on every try of a different resolution. Still no luck.

Any ideas?
