Freljorn/Turbine what are you doing to fix the Server Connection issues?

It started about 1 week and half ago, it went from random crashes when i would go to a new region to every 20 min crashes and got till the point where im not able to even connect to the server at all!


i went to the router, renewed the ISP, released it too, turbinelauncher.exe and invoker all permit access done, and even userpreferences.ini i made the necessary modifications.\

ive read countless guides and posts about the crash issues related to ISP and ports but couldnt find a solution.
ofcourse i have no problem in my connection since other games including other mmos are working fine except for lotro.

I feel even robbed since i renewed my subscription exactly 5 days ago.. i feel cheated, if this continue to be ignored then i will have to cancel my subs.

Its really insulting that all you can care is to load more content to the game without basic support...

My connection is through wireless at home but i never had this problem before while using this type of connection.


If anyone still has any solution to the problem i would like to know, im still trying everything i can.

And if you turbine see my post please take a note and start to supporting the crashes and buggs within the game please!
