The updater will download the same dat files over and over (checked hash) before finally applying them. Very inefficient since I am connecting over cellular and makes the update take much longer than it needs to. C:\Program Files (x86)\Turbine\The Lord of the Rings Online\Forward currently has 864 files and just keeps downloading them over and over.
