The paths of the Dead Graphical Error

Simple problem, game works however when I step through the Dark Door into the new area, the floor disappears.

This is clearly a update problem.

I have tried a new update install, I have new drivers installed, I have changed to DX 9. i have tried to submit a technical ticket however, the form does not work. i can not either preview or finish.
