LotRO Akamai Loop

For some reason - completely inexplicable since there have been no changes
on my system whatsoever - I can't get past a brand-new Akamai Agree Loop
when trying to launch LotRO. :(

Are there any suggestions or fixes for this? I tried to modify the info in DDO-ML
to use with LotRO, but have had no success. Any help would be appreciated.
