Game Downloading With Happy Cloud But Can't Start Playing

Hello All,

I just started downloading the game and I chose the option to be able to play while the game is downloading (using HappyCloud I guess).

Down in my taskbar notification area I see a HappyCloud icon that says it's downloading the game but when I try to play the game I get the following message when I click "Launch Game":

"A process from this game is already running."

Does this mean that I really can't play while it's downloading is do you think by chance I have some other instance of the game running (perhaps invisible) that I need to kill with Task Manager?

P.S. Oh and another thing, HappyCloud seems to be stuck at 8%. It's been on 8% for like 10 minutes now. :(

*UPDATE* - I seem to have gotten it to work by right-clicking the HappyCloud notification icon and selecting Exit then restarting LOTRO. Hope that's all it will take! :)

*UPDATE 2* Lol.... I started the client then exited the client now I get the same message again about a process already running. Seems like the game client is treating the HappyCloud download process as the game process and therefore not letting you start the client after HappyCloud has started downloading. I guess I will have to do like I did above and close HappyCloud, restart the game client, then let HC continue doing it's download.
