Unable to see dead NPCs for quests

Hi, I'm turning to the LOTRO community for help with my issue because Turbine is too lazy, incompetent or indifferent to help with my problem.

For some quests which involve interacting with dead NPCs on the ground, I am not able to see them on my screen. I can see their blood stains on the ground, their dead horse and other effects, but just not the dead NPC. For quests which require me to interact with multiple dead NPCs over multiple locations, I can only do for SOME of them only. Very frustrating.

Has anyone encountered similar issues as well? If so would much appreciate if you can share how you fixed it.
