Sound skipping with the class and race movies.

I've had zero issues with the in game performance including the sound, but I've always had issues with the class/race movies during character creation. I'm recently returning after a long time away from the game, and was wondering if there was a quick fix for this? I tried adjusting the frame-rate in the troubleshooting section (from 120 down by increments of 20) but this made no difference. It's a minor issue, but I would like to fix it if possible.

I'm running Windows 7 32 bit
Processor: AMD 64 X2 Mobile-TL-66, 2.30 GHz
RAM: 3GB
(Old 2007 Dell laptop)
