Flickering Buff Icons.

Hello LOTRO community!

I am having what I would deem a minor bug in my game. On my user interface any buff icon that is present both under my character portrait or within my "BuffBars" plugin seem to be flickering randomly.

This just started to happen with yesterdays update.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to rectify this problem?
