Black Screen After Login

I not so recently took a "break" from LOTRO and reinstalled the game today, and logged in using my old account info.

Thing is, when I log in, the game client pops up with a black screen, which happened to me the first few times I played (before the "break) and the "repair graphics in options" trick isnt working.

Can anyone help?
